The most important use of our Link Exchange from both our points of view is that many search engines - Google in particular - tend to rank sites higher depending on the number (and quality) of web sites that put links into them.

The search engines' logic is that the more links that point to a site, the more popular it is... and so it must be a good site! That's why "reciprocal linking" is a good Internet Marketing strategy. So let's work together. Your move now...!

How do you get a link from our site to your site?

Yout site must meet the following criteria. If it doesn't then we will not put a link to your site.

• Your site must be about one of the following topics:
  • Business Services
  • Internet Marketing
  • Website design, graphic design, web hosting or other web services / technologies
  • Running your own business (not MLM - see below)
• It must not be involved in any of the following:
  • Business-to-consumer (retail) or wholesale products or services
  • Manufacturing
  • Multi-level Marketing ("MLM")
  • Adult content or services
• Your home page must have a Google Page Rank of 3 or higher (Marketing Magic's Page Rank is 4). What's this? If you are placing our link on a site other than the one you want us to link to, then the home page of the site where you are placing our link must also have a Page Rank of 3 or higher. This other site must not be merely a directory of links.
• The page on which you place the link to our site must be capable of being reached from a visible link on your home page with no more than two clicks. If the link from your home page is to a directory page, the page on which our link is placed must be able to be reached directly from that directory page.
• Your site must not be involved in any link farm or other automated linking method or technology, even if the page with your link to us is not using such a method.

Why are we being so selective? Well, not all reciprocal links are good links. This is certainly the case if the link pages contain links to sites which have no connection with the general content of the website. It can also hurt your search engine ranking if the site you are linking to - or which links to you - uses any automated method of generating reciprocal links.

If your site meets the above criteria, all you need to do is add a link to Marketing Magic and fill in the short form below. Your link to us should look something like this:

2. Go to your web authoring software, find the right place on your links page and paste in the link you've just copied (press [CNTRL V] in Windows).
3. Upload your links page.
4. Check that your site meets all the criteria above.

When we've checked that you've added a link to Marketing Magic, we'll add a link to your site from our Reciprocal Links Page, and email you to say that this has been done - within two working days. Please note: we reserve the right to refuse a link to a site whose content we feel is not appropriate to Marketing Magic. Under such circumstances, we may request you to remove the link to our site.
